How long will it take to ship my order?
Order processing takes 2-4 business days. Orders ship first class USPS which can take 5-7 days. Once your Item ships you will receive the tracking information.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
All necklaces include a tarnish-resistant, nickel-free and lead-free chain - 16k gold plated over brass.
All wire used has an anti-tarnish coating and is nickel-free.

How should I clean my jewelry?
To keep your piece looking its best, follow our care suggestions: Please refrain from using harsh chemicals and perfumes when wearing our pieces. Use a cleaning cloth (damp cloth and gentle soap if necessary) to gently remove dust and dirt. Keep all jewelry clean and stored in a dry place.
Can my jewelry be worn in the sun?
Yes, you can wear your jewelry in the sun, however, prolonged sun exposure may cause some stones to fade in color., but it won’t change the core properties of the stone. Also, some crystals may have a magnifying glass effect when left in the sun and may be a fire hazard.
Can my jewelry get wet?
Yes, you can wear your jewelry in the shower, however, you should avoid excessive exposure to water. Some stones are water-soluble and may dissolve over time if consistently exposed to or submerged in water. Dry stones immediately after exposure to water.
I don’t know my ring size, what should I do?
- Take a string or strip of paper and wrap it around the base of the desired finger.
- Mark the point where the end meets the string or paper.
- Measure the string or paper on a ruler in millimeters to the point where you marked it.
